Bella Ve ships to all domestic and international addresses - except Canada. Sorry, UPS does not deliver to FPO, APO or PO Boxes. If you are at a FPO or APO, please email greenbeauty@bellaveskincare.com to determine if alternative shipping is possible.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Bella Ve Natural Skin Care Company.
In the unlikely event you are not, please contact the store owner at greenbeauty@bellaveskincare.com within 14 days of receipt with proof of sale, reason for product return, and request for a replacement or refund.
You may return items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable on returns. C.O.D. returns are also not accepted.
We will pay the return shipping costs only if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. We will gladly replace or refund the defective item if returned immediately upon receiving your order along with receipt of purchase. If the item is returned for any other reason again you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
If your product was purchased from a retail store, please return the item to the store where it was purchased for a replacement or refund.
